Flavor Bomb!! I was a bit under the weather and appreciated the standout flavors @ Rosemarie's. Starting with their pickle beer, wait what? My new fav and we're heading to a liquor store to get some. Donna's pickle beer! Outstanding and the perfect compliment for great sliders everything here is slider based, which is cool because you can switch it up. There were four of us and we tried the little munchie and Nashville, to rosy mac single and little sal. I love burgers but this trip the chicken was the star. The slider had an entire thigh and was fried to perfection. Saucy is the descriptive word here, so if you're not saucy, get them on the side. We rounded our order w spicy Elote fries, also vey saucy but delish. There are a ton of options but we were lucky to have Luana as our tour guide. She gets "da bom" award for being so helpful because we're first timers. Great local joint w great food and staff Pickle me happy.

They have a small seating area inside and an equally small patio so brace yourself as I'm sure they get lengthy waits during weekends and summer. This is a counter service restaurant. Their sliders are delicious with multiple options. They are slightly larger than your average slider, keep that in mind when ordering.

On our weekend getaway, we stopped by Rosemarie's and tried some of their most popular dishes. We ordered The Little Sal, The RosieMac (double-double), Nashville Hot Chicken, Bombay Hot Chicken, Cajun Softshell Crab with Blue Cheese Bacon Fries and Classic Fries. Everything was delicious. Our kids' favorites were the Little Sal and RosieMac (with house special sauce that's similar to In & Out burger). The Nashville Hot Chicken was pretty decent. The Bombay Hot Chicken has curry infused into it which I think has a nice kick to it. Be careful though as your hands will have yellow color on them but they're easily gone after you wash your hands. The Cajun Softshell Crab was soft & tender inside but crunchy outside. The buns were all soft & buttery. I personally don't like blue cheese, so I asked the staff if she could substitute it to another type of cheese and she said she could. The fries were good and the portion was quite big, perfect for sharing. The sliders are well.. sliders. They are not regular burger size. We had to order a few more because 1 slider is apparently not enough for a teenager boy who's very hungry at lunch time. The staffs were friendly and regularly checked on the customers if they needed anything else and they were also quick in clearing plates so we could have more space and sit comfortably. I liked the little patio area where we could savor our food and just people watch and enjoy the nice weather. The decor is also unique and nice. There's only one thing that I didn't like and that's the difficulty in finding a parking space. Only street parking was available and I could imagine that it could be hard to find. Luckily we got our spot in less than 10 mins.

After walking over at sunset cliffs, we stopped in here for a quick bit to eat. I wasn't too hungry at first but decided to get the little Sal and onion rings. The employee working at the counter was friendly and brought out the onion rings. Then a few minutes later the sliders came out. Everything was delicious and I don't know how I waited so long to eat here! Definitely won't be the last!

Th y really do have the best burger! Well it's my top 3 in San Diego. Dont underestimate these "sliders" they are super filling! I tried the classic but I def had to check out their fried chicken which was tasty but didn't level up to wagyu cheesy classic goodness. I loved eating it outside on the patio and then walking it off by the beach. They have a happy hour!

Rosemarie is located on Mission Blvd. Beware, there is street parking only. The parking is super tight. I drove for a good 20 minutes looking for the closest parking spot. I almost paid for parking until I scanned the QR code and it was $20. I even came on a Thursday night and parking was difficult to find. I almost gave up! Rosemarie is a quaint place with outdoor and indoor seating. There was only one couple eating when I came. I don't understand why there was no parking along the street. I ordered take out. The initial interaction with the lady was strange. She was giggling with the chef. After I decided to dine in instead, she became my waitress. She was great! I got 4 sliders and the spicy elote fries. You really have to like spice. My hubby can't handle much spice. He got the gnar slider. I liked it. He said the sauce dampened the breading. 4/5 Nashville hot chicken slider was spicy! It was coated in spice. The chicken was crispy. I enjoyed it. 4/5 I also got the We have eggplant. It was the least spicy. It was my favorite out of all of them! My hubby who does not like eggplant enjoyed it. I would get that again. 5/5 The soft crab slider was so different. You can definitely taste the old bay seasoning on it. The breading wasn't as good as the chicken. I'm glad I tried it. 4/5 The elote fries were very good. The bed of fries were topped with cilantro, jalapeños! And corn. I enjoyed it and would get it again. 5/5 I realize Rosemarie is known for their burgers. I'm trying to eat less beef. I would love to try their burgers next time. This place is eccentric.

Was in town for the weekend and decided to visit Rosemarie's after seeing it included as one of the best Yelp spots in the states. Definitely the best sliders I've ever had; these aren't typical sliders. They're also pretty filling; I was full after 2 burgers and a beer. Forewarning, Parking is extremely tough around here. We probably got here around 2pm and still had to look for 10-15 mins. With all that being said, looking forward to going back to next time I'm in town,
